THe FCA are committed to reflecting the diverse lived experiences of the communities they work in and the consumers they protect. They have a programme to achieve a more diverse and inclusive workplace that is free from discrimination. This includes increasing the representation of women in their senior team to 50% and minority ethnic colleagues to 25% by 2025 – representative of the UK population.
They were recently voted ‘Employer of the year’ at the Women in Finance awards and our commitment to LGBT+ inclusion means they’re recognised as a Stonewall Top 100 employer.
Flexible working
The FCA currently operate a hybrid working model, working up to 40% in the office each month (50% for senior leaders). This way of working applies in their Stratford, Leeds and Edinburgh offices.

The FCA wellbeign services include:

Locations
The main offices are in London, Edinburgh and Leeds, with a small presence in Cardiff and Belfast.
London
The London headquarters are home to over 3,000 staff. Based in Stratford next to the Olympic Park, the 15-level building gives staff access to a range of facilities including a 200-seat auditorium, a restaurant, discounted gym, a contemplation room and 2 coffee bars.
The area also benefits from superb transport links, shopping and leisure facilities including the nearby Westfield complex, and an abundance of green open spaces.
Edinburgh
The office facilities include cycle parking and a repair station, a parenting room, showers and a contemplation room.
Leeds
The FCA are currently recruiting to fill more than 100 roles based in our newest office in Leeds. This is an exciting step in a city with a growing reputation as a digital and tech hub.
The office benefits from nearby cafes, restaurants and amenities, and is close to a choice of car parks as well as being a 5-minute walk from the train station.
